Hercules Hoists Ltd has on today February 2, 2022 agreed, subject to fulfilment of certain conditions precedent by the parties, for sale and transfer of its Mulund land approximately 8327 square meters [2.05 Acre], together with the structures standing thereon, situated at 110, Minerva Industrial Estate, Mulund West Mumbai 400080 for a lumpsum consideration of Rs. 90 Crore. The Company has received a part payment of 10% of the aforesaid total consideration thereon from the proposed assignee in this regard. Shares of Hercules Hoists Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 153.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 150.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4745 in over 137 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.00 and intraday low of 151.90. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 728696.00.
