Lever hoist is a kind of hand chain hoist in easy usage and portability for lifting and horizontal traction from 250kg to 9 ton
It's widely used in loading a truck,centering building material at a construction site,setting up or moving machinery and other heavy objects,laying down drain pipes and huge pipes,working in narrow spaces as in shipyards and mines.

2. VT Type LEVER HOIST features
· Adopt Japan technology, known as VITAL brand
· Special retaining pawl design for easy idling operation.
· Fine apperance and lightweight with compact size.
· Forged and heat treated load hooks with safety latches meet european standard in safety factor 4:1.
· Alloy steel G80 load chain is in safety operation and durability.
· Argonomic steel handle with rubber grip provides non slip.
3. Factory line of LEVER HOIST
Our factory have 1 quality department with 3 workmates to make 30% samples inspection to confirm every pitch spareparts meet quality standard. There is 1 load chain tension test line, 1 warehouse for some gears manufacturing, 2 assembly lines and well cooperated company for other spareparts.
Every lever hoist use EN818-2 G80 load chain. They will be tested according to Euro standard EN13157+A1-2009 by 1.25 times dynamic load test and 4 times static load test.

Normal Standard: 1 manual instruction, 1 inspection certificate
0.75kg - 6T in strong carton, 9 T in plywood case
Customer OEM Options : OEM manual instruction and inspection certification

A. Samples can be offered by air express. Costs will be reduced in orders. We don't supply free samples.
